Privacy policy

This site doesn't use advertising trackers or sell personal information.

What we collect

If you send a pickup request, we receive the details you enter: your name, business, phone, email, address and a description of your equipment. We use this only to contact you about your request and to schedule service.

Where it goes

Requests are delivered to our internal customer management system and our staff notification channel. We don't share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Maps

Our map loads from Google Maps only when you choose to show it. Google's own privacy policy applies to that content.
